Mod approval for Development section

I noticed someone posted a threat in the Habbo Development section which should’ve been posted in a different category.
Back on vBulletin, mods had to approve threads posted in there, to make sure the development thread was following specific section rules.

Was this feature removed intentionally? Could it possibly be added again?

Less approval needed the better, report instead. I noticed some topics previously never got approved on the old system and were left for me.

The members can self regulate and report. I rather this.
