MySQL included version is v3.23.36, very old!
No source codes, just client and server binarines (and a GM tool)

Database username: root
Database password: root

You can start mysql by opening winmysqladmin right click on the semaphore and press Start SQL server standalone
SQL file attached if you want to use your own mysql instance (I think charset is big5)
