[ monsters on private server v83 freeze/stucks when i log in

i trying to figureout, i opened server v83 repak and when i log in the game, i see all the monsters are freezing. i mean they stucks and when i use the command (!reloadmap), then after the reload, the monsters start moving but when i log off and log in again, they stucks again

i mean when i log in the the game and that what i see. and im with gm lvl6...

and by the way im sorry with this stupid questions but im asking because im new with the opening maplestory server:

OMG i tested that and you're right. hehehe........ thank you so much now i understand what is it GM hidden mode.
