Seriously, moon++ is not "to make npc's spell for zul'aman".
It's an extension of private serving and its primary purpose is to to allow bosses to behave as much blizzlike as possible, meaning, they will have phases, cast spells, special abilities, talk, etc. The whole instance will therefore be blizzlike, not a bunch of spawns that simply melee you to death.
Imho, it's the hardest part to emulate, because the coders must have experience of the real fights, they have to watch videos, read walkthroughs and boss strategies.
Btw, I'll be doing development on the Dll's (C++).
A secondary purpose for moon++ is to allow blizzlike behaviour for trash mobs, quests, gameobjects, events, etc.
