MopSpc?

Anyone know what Mop\MopSpc.rsm and Mop\spchack.tcl do? It looks like something to do with monster drops? Or am I wrong?

Spchack.tcl is an automated script to change the file, if you look at it closely it might give you insights in what does what in the file.
