Mouse axis lock

Here's a simple request, seemingly easy, but deceptively difficult to find...

Looking for a simple application that does the following :

Press a key on the keyboard ( able to choose or set the "key" )

When pressing said key, the mouse will be locked to the axis of last movement whilst holding the key, ie: horizontal or vertical.

Anyone?
