Ok, I try to restore a databse but it gives me an error:

"You are attempting to overwrite an existing database."

I'm restoring from a .bak file (From device)...
I've heard a variety of things from places I've looked, one even suggests that the bak file is corrupt. So... =S
I've restored a database using a bak in the same directory already, for your information. Thought more people would see this if I put it here.

Delete the existing database files, or at least when you try to restore the database manually enter the log and data file locations and make sure they do not already exist.

I couldn't restore from a backup set, but I managed to do it...under options in the field "move to physical file name" it was directing to "E:\Blah\Blah" I changed it to "C:\Blah\Blah".
