that is not if net frameworks problem, configure your MuMaker. follow this simple steps if you are using MuMaker in local network connection (not in remote)
1st: Open MuMaker>(ignore that error if its' already occured)>configMaker>select Local> in SQL User type "sa" and then write your SQL password also>ok.
now your MuMaker is ready to use!
