In most large servers it is customary to use vpn to bypass the limits, including HWID limits, placing a limit of 2/3 ip is simply leaving those who do not know how to use these programs at a disadvantage.

For this reason we believe that 7 is a correct number, our anti-mules limitations come from the game mechanics, item limitations per level, offattack time limitations, etc.
