Use nmap to scan for ports.

If you need additional features and more interesting scan just install Kali on a VM and you'll have everything you need right there .

Use proxifier bruh.. just open run the client and click the game servers you wanted to know iport that can be seen on the program..also there an integrated one. Anyways your purpose was simply for cheating or ddosing the server..goodluck!
