Aha, I like it. I couldn't read the bottom text easily at first, but hey. Easy, simple, nice.

Your render should be on top of the scan lines.

The reason I didnt put the scanline below the render was because it had a blue background so I smudged dem and made it look like it was one. so if i did do it It looks retarded.. but next time I will.

Updated.. took some advices.. and it looks much better than b4.. also I learned if I had a transparent background and I saved as PNG.. and not JPG.. the white wouldnt show...

Put the scanline as 'Overlay' and you can drop the opacity of the layer if you wish.
And yeah, scanlines should go under the render.

i like the outer glow effect, perhaps another colour text that would suit with the blue background? Some colour contrasting
