Well it took me like 1 hour with a tutorial but i did it tell me what u think about it

And help me how can i find good texts i think the letter be so bad

Use the erase tool O_O.
And default text are the best.

Your text color is bad.
Erase the render supporter logo.
And make your text fit with the render. FIREFOX WTF!?!?

Its good for a first.

Though there isnt much happening in the sig. You only did a filter, a render and a text. Add in more filter, maybe C4D and remove the render's logo next to it.

Try reading advanced tutorial. And the text looks ok to me.
