My Graphics Sucks? GTA IV

sorry for double thread the game GTA IV is now working but i cant see the way? why? is it cuz my graphics sucks? i can see the people and the
cars and hotdog stands and so on...but i cant see the way im driving in and i cant see the walls please help

You are asking us if your graphics card sucks, yet you haven't even told us what it is.

Also from what i took form the other thread, your CPU and RAM are as follows:

AmD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor
3700+
994 MHz,1,00 GB RAM

That is no way good enough to play the game decently, i recommend trying again once all the settings are on the lowest.

Yet again, tell us what your graphics card is.

And go to the video settings menu ingame and put all the settings down to the lowest.

my Grapich card is 768 MB , 8800GTX i think itt was , and gta 4 on my pc is running good

Yes try on lowest settings , maybe u got a low graphic card , how old is ur pc?

I Dunno how old it is.....Plus where is the "Video Settings" That u were talking about? I Cant see any Video Settings ? in game?

If it's your GFX Card, then we can't fix it for you, You have to buy a new one.

start-> Run -> Type in "dxdiag"-> click the "Display" tab, And under "device" tell us the Name: of your graphic card.

Did anyone notice, he is only running 1GB of RAM, for a huge ram intensive game like GTA IV?

I think he personally needs to worry about his ram more then anythign right now; it probably cant buffer enough to display enough.. graphic can be paltry; but a small video card wouldnt 'not display' most of the graphics, he woudl either lag, or he wouldnt.. this is an issue of buffering, and whats beign able to be displayed.

Get another coupel gigs of ram if at all possible for that machine.. its dirt cheap right now

i know you're annoyed, but this is no way to ask for help. you aren't even trying to help yourself and asking to be spoonfed. and you are demanding us to hep you when you are not even giving us enough info. lols

Yep its treu , a new pc whit enough ram and a good graphic card costs not so much anymore

Lol listen i have swedish computer your tellin me click at display tab in "dxdiag" but in swedish there is no "display tab" there is another name for it im trying to look for it.

if u guys could give me a picture of where the display tab is then i can understand cause
in swedish there is another word for display. just give me a pic of dixdiag.

If you want help, listen to what we are saying. Re-read his post. Did he say anything about a dxdiag tab? no. He said type "dxdiag" in the run command and go to the system tab. It is the very first tab.
