Hello i am thinking of making a own server again

I have a better internet connection now..

My download speed is around 2.5/3.5 mb per second

And my upload speed is around 1.5/2.5 mb per second

My system

P4 HT 3,00 ghz ( dual core )
2gig ram pc3200
E-geforce 7950gt 512mb ddr3 HD

my question is how many people can i have in my server with this?
