My no-ip doesn't work anymore.............

Ok, this is the story: My old router got broken.. so now we've a new one.. but my ip changed! Now my no-ip doesn't work anymore.. if I type

To view the content, you need to sign in or register

it goes to my router..
But if i do

it goes to the site.. but that can only be seen by myself!! So i ask your help

Get a router that supports it, or just portforward port 80.
