my os can't use activehtml

my os is winme. it can't use activehtml, can i use another program?

or how to ?

i have update.

if i use personal web server (PWS), it can use for bombgame server.

i test it by pws, it can but error in create account.

i open server and run ibupdate, it's wait for a long time.

i think anyone can help me for play bombgame.

i'm very tired for make bombgame server ????
