My port 80 and 8080

Port 80 does not want to!

So I went searching and hear that most operators block port 80, so I changed the default port to 8080 and tried to open it, but does not open!

Can anyone help me?

The router is the D-Link DIR-100!

If it is to set up a site, then skype is using port 80. To let skype stop using:
Go to Options -> Advanced -> Connection

Unckeck the "Use port 80 and 443...."

This happens alot with people.

You will have to set your default web port in php.ini on your server pc.
It defaults to 80.

You can actually use any port you like provided that it is set in php.ini and it isn't already bound by some other service.

I've changed is port 80 and 8080 that do not want to open it, I use a program to check whether the doors are open, but they do not open, only able to open the doors of the rose, but like you said I can use any port I'll try it!
