[mysql] Help

uhhmmmm... is there anyway of making
"limit mysql table to one row"

like i want a to make a table in my database
and the rows inside it will only be limited to one!

the table name is web_news
the column name is news

i want it to only have one row!

so everytime i post a new data

it will automatically replace the old one
bcoz it wont make a new row!

im sorry im just a newbie! dont know right terms! i hope u get what im trying to ask!

owh^__^ thanks! i got it^__^ i have made it work^__^ i have my own script but, .. i asked for help cuz it didnt work! i just ddnt notice! a wrong syntax!
