[NA - 2011] Rest Server Issue

[meerquais]

Hello guys can anyone help me fix that problem ?

Starting Add Listen 127.0.0.1:80
[2] [9/9/2015 9:07:40 PM] :: ADD LISTEN FAIL
[2] [9/9/2015 9:07:40 PM] :: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions

Port 80 is in use by something else, you need to close what is running on 127.0.0.1:80 before running the rest server.

Seeing as OP has not replied or updated it for several, I am assuming it is fixed and closing it. If you still require help please make a new thread or message me to reopen your old one.
