need a bit of help in joining servers. L2J

I am sure this has probably been asked and it may be a noob question, but after I add the l2.ini I recieive and error, corrupt files and run full check.
I have run the update as soon as I got the files, and I had run full check and re added the l2.ini only to receive the same error. An answer or a link to the post which had answer this question would be greatly appreciated.

I also did decrypted and encrypted the ini's to amek sure the IP were correct on the ini's.
