Hello. open config file of Apache - httpd.conf
find there directive "listen". there will be line like
listen 80
listen 127.0.0.1
listen 127.0.0.1:80
listen localhost:80
or
listen localhost

put your external IP adress instead 127.0.0.1

EDIT : WHen i try to "Put online" my wamp server, it give me the following error

"Cannot excute menu item (internal error)
(Exception) Could not perform service actions :
The service has not started"

Please help me on all my doubts T.T

But if im not online , my wamp server will be offline , therefore people canot access my server . How can i make ppl able to access even if im offline ?

Edit : i tried connecting to my site using another computer but i cannot . I already tried connecting using all my ips but still fail

look if your PC is offline then your Server is offline, there no way around it
(unless you use another PC to host it and its on 24/7)

but now i cant create a web... i tried uploading the .sql file to byethost but i failed.. can someone please post me a .sql that is able to be uploaded at site. thx =)

...um..i think your doing it wrong...
you dont need to upload any .sql files at all for a web page(web reg)

But can the web connect to mysql ?
