Need Help Cant select Server L2O

yes When ever my friends log in to the server it lets them log in but when they get to the server select screen it doesnt let them log in from there. after clicking ok Any one tell me whats the matter. All firewalls are off.

you got the server login ip right? is the server connecting to the login? i had this problem before.

it lets them enter there id and password . they click ok then when the server select screen comes up u highlight server, click ok but it doesnt do nothing.. Where must u change the ips at on the client side? Or can you point me to towards best and easiest guide on here.

Write the correct ips at the database and it should fix your problem
