when i try to log in its say rejected from server
authetication of account 2000003 refused <ip: 127.0.0.1

Which provider are you currently hosted at? Can you provide us the screenshots of your .conf files so we can it further. (You can censor the credentials there)

i already fix the MySQL but i have another problem the main city prontera i can't enter maybe some bug in map db? can you help me how to fix?

Glad to hear that you've fixed that portion. What error do you get when entering prontera map? Can we have a screenshot please.
