Need Help Problem with Server

I helped make a server and when i got to char select and try to make a charater it say when i press ok when makin server it close the char selection window and say you need to make a char and wont create the character, will someone help me?

Is there a nomsg (E-1) when you press OK?

no it says when i press ok to the char make and it say after i press ok and it says"You have to make a character before you can enter game" or something

it might be that the game isn't recognizing the character is there. check the DB

no i try to create a character INGAME not in the database and it says that

I know, i meant check the DB to see if it creating it.

oh lolz no it dont.....maybe cause i made the account in the DB but still
