need help with fixed ip setting

i m using windows 2003
i have a fixed ip
problem:in the server file [cfg] i change the ip address to my LAN ip 192.168.1.2| param.ini ip 124.82.***.***. so now i copy my client file to my other pc (other streamyx line ip @@@ ) . start the game, .... but i cant connet to the game.

in my server i see the login.exe {got show the ip @@@ )
already try many time set my router port and firewall still same result cant connet to server.

~Portforward= check if you can do that cuz some ISP wont allow you to.
