Need help with Instances being empty

I put all the triggers in for the instance's because a lot of them didnt work with getting into them. Well i got them to work and now i need some help with getting them full of mobs spawns etc... If someone can explain how to do this it would be greatly appricated. I dont know what to do now and im at a stand still.

Im using Antrix 2.1
