Need help with my register page

So my windows and database host was f****d up..now i uploaded the reg page on another host,i use rebirthreg i didn't had time to get a better one.Anyways i moved it on another host and configured out like it suppose to.When i enter my user name in the first page it should redirect to idcheck.php and it does but i don't think its connecting to db and nothing happends more than a blank page.Whats up?is it the host?
