need help with the CyPack [repack] connection probs

hear me out.

i got this problem , i can connect to the server but no others can ? :S
they get back to the realmlist screen, so i've read a few posts here.
but the repack that i download (cypack) doesnt have a working phpmyadmin :S
so i can change anything in the realmlist db :S

I have a different problem. Is it possible to alter the mysql within an internet browser? some other repacks allow you to go to a certain address like

To view the content, you need to sign in or register

and it lets you alter your sql files. is that possible? if not I think it'd make a great feature for future updates. thanks for the repacks I'm enjoying it very much!
