Need Help World 1 NPC

Hello Ragezone!
i got the error on logs (picture) server still work fine and all channel no have any error but i can't buy items from Periodical remote shop card and N - Shop at bloody ice. But when i move GD or DS Or other map i can buy like normal.
I have check a lot post on ragezone but still same this problem. So anyone know this is what the problem with this log?

It might help to see your NPCShop.scp as well as the world1-npc.scp or whatever you named them.

If anyone else is encountering the same issue, just to keep things transparent:
The lines for the NPC IDs 50 and 51 were not present in the file for bloody ice.
