Need some help about Mobs spawn

Hey people, my problem is when I try to edit the spawn on mobs by using 'navicat' I'm gettin to many mobs spawned insded of normal spawn (2-3) how do I change the amouth of mobs spawned?

btw I'm using osiRose files
