Need some help.

Firstly, I would like to know how exactly do I make a GM account (at the moment im using FATE WYD for my server).
Second, how do I add items to my characters and stats/skills ect without them spawning dead when I logg in and can some one post a screenshot of the account editor thing showing what each box is ect:
Helmet, Body, Legs, Gloves, Weapons, Stats, Skills, Other items and equips.
Third, Is there any commands ect for administrator accounts.
Fourth, How do I put my own stats on items and make new items.

I know this may seem like alot of questions but there is no tutoirials any where and ive been playing around trying to figure this out for a long time, also add anything else you may feel can help me.

The only things I have found related to creating a GM account is using the already made accound, Is there a way to create my own GM account and how do I edit a characters levels?

Also how do I get the exp/droprate changer to work, do I need to place it in a certain folder for it to work?

Yes I know some of this may seem stupid but... well I dont know how to do any of this.
Please dont reply with "use the search" or anything like that, this is what ive been doing for the last 2 hours lol..

Bombatser92 tell me' to use NPKO.exe "but i don't know how to use it"

for me, i edit the admin.txt in DBsrv file,
ex. " [your IP address] [your acc.(loginame & pass] " like >>> 112.106.145.103 adminkevin 1234

Go on to NPKO , Search for your acc/Character

Edit their lv to 1009, when u login it should be 1010.

And use the GM command up there.

Thanks guys, now can someone help me with putting my own stats on weapons and armour and also adding items to chars.
If possible I also need to know how to add new Shop NPC with my own items.

When I try to use NPKO and loggin it says Disconnected, even if I have my server running it still says disconnected.
I also tried whilst being logged on but still... Disconnected.
