Okay heres the jist.

I have decided to waste some money by opening a new Habbo fansite.
Name: Habtopia

Seeing as I need a layout, time can be taken because I want a PREMIUM kind not a re-coloured one.
Needs to be something decent looking that's slick and easy to use.

I will be offering some paypal money so $30USD will be up for grabs.
So if this can be arranged thanks.
