Neoncube error??

the problem is this neoncube can't download patchlist.txt from the webserver
i install neoncube 1.2 but i don't know is it work with the webserver IIS v6
if someone can tell if neoncube work with IIS or if i have to config IIS

Recommending to use Abyss webserver X2 if you want to host your patches.
