Neuz can't read res files

Hello guys , i have a little problem. I changed the text of the notice ingame . In game everything works , the text has been edited. Then to protect my client I created a res file of the following files :

-notice_ENG.inc-notice_USA.inc-PatchClient.inc-PatchClient.txt.txt
etc.......

After I delete the older files and put the .res file. In game there is no text in the notice and also in the guild war informations (when you talk to the NPC). it's like my neuz can't read my res file.
Does somebody have a solution please ?

It wont work if you just create the resses and place then in your client. Be sure the resource.txt.txt inside resource has them to
