if you're going to change the entire login map, you need to move folders maps/login, and also their includes like litmodels, loddata etc etc ...

If you're talking about when you create new character to be spawned then your solution is log in into the celestial accounts these usually are the accounts with id 16,32,48,64 each character from there move it the the new location where you want the characters to be spawned when created. import clsconfig and you're done.
