I like it.
I like the first one better, because there arent weird random scratch marks on her.
Also, i think its a bit too blurry. Try to sharpen some areas.
 
To me, there both very plain.

I think you should've tried putting the light near the lighter area.

It would make more sense to put it there.

And try adding a border next time.

Also, try to make the C4D more visible.

erase the C4D over her eye.

Add depth

And it looks nicer ^^
