render is way to blurry and the wind effect is bad, render takes too much space on the sig, text is nice but still must not be the focal point of the sig. keep trying

i have no clue what all you people are talking about.
(i never watched tutorials, or had a school for it. all my ps experience comes from experimenting)

I think the render is supposed to be blurred, to give it that "in the distance" look.
But still, 3/10
