The background and foreground need more effects, the text is alright but could be improved.

Decent smudge work. Sucky text. Like the placement. Colors could be of different shades. As said more shade difference would be good.

I'd have to agree with iNs@nE, that's exactly what it is. Thanks for sharing though.

I'd defnitly make the text more clear, let it stand out of the image with drop shadow and what-ever other effects your interested in. Lastly, I don't like the backround at all. Try more colours, also more effects (but don't get me wrong, clean signatures rule too).
