Newbie need help !!!

Hi everyone !I'm playing Dragonica chapter 5 sql server files with Hydra client v5.5.6 and have some problem with dungeon portal entrance and questline.

Dungeon portal problem i got from Red Fox Delta.Stand in the portal, press Z and nothing happen ( Open all map already).

Questline is from Galaxia NPC Crete, i cant accept this quest so enter Galaxy dungeon is impossible.

Hope someone will help me know where and how to fix it.

Have you checked that you opened the map via the server panel, and that its not off?
