NO channels

I have a problem all the server works for me (or so I think), when I connect to the server I log in(with slevel 1 or 5) I get the same result, the server does not load me channels or the only channel I have configured please I am doing wrong or I am missing. (i am using http://forum.ragezone.com/f641/tutorial-1-18-server-files-803523/)
