No drop data?

can anyone help me plz? I installed the new worldserver.exe and did everything in mysql but when i run the world server this is what happens.

Go into navicat see if you have the drop data data/drop list if not
download

To view the content, you need to sign in or register

exacute that into your Rose database
and if you already have a drop table try deleting it and exacuting this one

I downloaded it but still doesnt work i dont know whats wrong.

Did you follow all the sets it asks because it looks to me your not following the sql step
