Can a Hosting Computer, With lets say Vista Home, XP Home, Where more than 1 Computer Files is allowed, Host AND Play an iRose Server.

Lets say i Made 1 called Test, and Beta.

If Beta Hosted it, Could i play it on Test?

If you are asking if you can run a server and a client on the same computer then the answer is yes.
Just set the IPs of the servers to 127.0.0.1 (localhost)
