ok so i have a thoery, said you were pregnant, and you had a child in some place accross the world where it is tommorow , but you flew home the same day, and were you live the day the child was born has not happend yet, would the child be considerd born in where you live?

of course it would, just because it is a different time zone doesnt mean things happen 12 hours later. When something happens at 8pm in Thailand it doesnt mean we have to wait 7 hours in the uk for it to become real

but the date would not of happend yet so on the birth certifacte or w.e it woul be a tommorow, lol

The date, and time would be specified to where the baby was born. Thus showing that the baby was indeed born. Also, time (the clock) is but an idea, showing where it is day, and where it is night, and has no relevance to something happening in the present, as we're all in the same present.
