How i can enable the glow of my horns.:?::?::?::?:

i used a scroll, its a skill not an item. 28 days i use this as a skill and it load this.

how i can enable the glow of the horns like on electus.

Solved, i forgot to put the texture files in data.pk2, then it load and work
