NPC Creation Error Ascent

When I create a NPC in my database I can't seem to spawn it. I can find it in the .lookup creature command, but still can't spawn it. It says "Invalid ID". I've done it before in 2.4.3 and it worked then, but now in my 3.0.8 Repack using ArcEmuC308R2103+Sun++663 and WhyDB_Rev266 I cannot. Anyone got any suggestions?

An character Enro cannot start with an 0, and you must use the command:
.npc spawn <ID>

I used 101010, but I found out that it was to high. I use 100001 now. Thanks anyway
