NPC for Drop Skills

Hello i want to great an NPC for all Skills how Drop by Ghosts or in Teampel z.B. Bonfire or Flame Hawk

can anyone help me that will be nice we can put the NPC in Junon or we can add the Skill to the Skill seller in Junon.

Look into stb editing and look to your database tables for npc_list and such.. I'm sure someone can be more verbose then me Look at the stickies here and releases.

Dont get any one a finished LIST_NPC.STB ?

I neeed the Skills in an extra NPC or in the NPC in Zant or in Junon
