NPC Id's?

I am trying to spawn some npc's but i cannot find any NPC id's. if somebody could link me to a page with a list or something, i would be most gratefull. i was planning on maming some sort of vid for youtube, but i need to be able to spawn/morph npc's

Also i need some Spell Id's too for personal use

Im and running Antrix on MYSql!

try hxxp://www.wowhead.com/ browse or use search. the url gives you the number you are looking for, for example:
hxxp://www.wowhead.com/?npc=4511
.npc spawn 4511

But i tried wowhead with Ragnaros, and it just says "Spawned alliance spirit healer"
