npc inputting plz help

plz help i made a npc useing raids npc editor and npc editor from eathena site i saved the npc i made and put it into npc\custom file as a txt file and edited the npc list i dont get it there not comeing up wen i log into my server Y_Y

i got one saying to chage my password for the server but i dont think it is even reading the npc data that i made i put it into npc\custom and then edited the custom npc list that tells map server were to read npc dater...
