Npc movement is choppy?

Is it always choppy because Mangos can't update the locations fast enough? I am pretty sure on Kobold they had fluid movements but I can't get the npcs to move fluidly with Mangos? I know I am not explaining it well but I hope someone can see through the mess and help me out.

Also another problem with npc waypoints after they kill something they rubber band back to they original starting waypoint then speed on up ahead to where they where when they spotted the npc/player they just killed. Anyway to fix the problem? I am trying to make a dotaesque bg for me and my friends for a lan and it doesn't look very good with npcs warping all over the place.

The good news is I finnally found out how to change the ppm on items and have made some neat ones so far like eye of skadi 30% chance for a 35% slow and 25% attack speed debuff. I also have a shield of the aegis type of item that casts soulstone on the wearer. I also have some maelstrom type weapons also. I have just been fooling around and will change the names and such so they don't sue me or something :\. It's 10:30 and i've been up for more than 24 hours give me a break.


Im guessing its something in the config file I am just not sure which option. Alright then I am going to sleep. Although it will prolly be crappy I will upload the dotaesque type bg when I am done.
