NPCs not appearing in certain maps on LOMCNM2 2.3 server Mir2

Hi can anyone help me with this problem im useing LOMCNM2 2.3 server files

server is running fine but there is no npc's in the gt's i added a GTAdmin to my tbl-npc dbase
but there is only one npc there and its in gt4 and not in any other gt's
ive noticed that in the tbl_mapinfo the fld_flags are set as GT(1) to GT(10) is this why the maps
are not showing the npcs in maps GA0 -GA1-GA2 and GA3

any help would be awesome thx

just copy all the info of the gt npcs that are in tbl_npc and change the map numbers to ga0 etc etc
